Not sure how much you can get on a car title loan? and how your vehicle’s value will be determined at Title Loan Fast? Let’s discuss the factors that affect the value of your vehicle and the information we’ll need during the process now.
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
This is a 17-digit number that is completely unique to your car. The most typical place to find the VIN is on the dashboard of the driver’s side of the vehicle, and it is also likely printed on your vehicle registration and insurance documentation.
Vehicle Year
First, we will need you to tell us the year that your car was built. Currently, we can only provide loans on vehicles with a model year of 2000 or newer. If you have an older vehicle, you cannot qualify for a loan from Title Loan Fast.
Vehicle Make & Model
To accurately determine the value of your car, we will need the make (manufacturer) and model (type of car). If you have a Ford Explorer, Ford is the make, and Explorer is the model.
Each different type of vehicle has a different value – for example, a large SUV like a Ford Explorer will usually be worth more than a sedan such a Ford Taurus, even if they were released during the same year.
Vehicle Series or Style
Each car has a different series, style, or “trim” level, which is considered when valuing your car. For example, a car with features like heated seats will likely be worth more than an identical car that did not include these additional luxury touches.
Vehicle Color
The color of a vehicle has a minor effect on the value of your car, but we will require you to provide the color of your car when you fill out your application form.
Vehicle Mileage
The mileage of your car helps determine how much it’s worth. In general, fewer miles mean your car will be worth more, while higher mileage will lessen its value due to wear & tear.
Vehicle Condition
During the application process, we will require you to take a few photos of your car. This includes the interior, exterior, and VIN. The condition of your car, such as whether there are tears in the fabric or leather interior, scratches on the outside, or any damage to the bodywork, will affect the value of your car.
Know How We Determine Your Car’s Value – and Apply for a Loan Today!
Basically, we determine your car’s value just like any other company would if you sold it – the make, model, year, condition, mileage, and color can all affect how much it’s worth.
